Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Products must be free from wear, stains, or damage
  • Items must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Products with removed tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

  • Contact our customer service team at ask@cozydenmark.com
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Receive return authorization and shipping instructions

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Pack items securely in original or similar packaging
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Attach the provided return label
  • Include the return form in your package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Use our recommended shipping carrier
  • Keep your tracking number for reference
  • Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the items within 2 business days
  • You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product) - Free return shipping
  • Returns for size/fit or preference - Customer pays return shipping
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process
  • Indicate desired replacement size/color
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • We'll ship exchange items once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We'll arrange free return shipping
  • Priority processing for replacement or refund

International Returns

For international orders:

  • 30-day return window applies
  • Customer responsible for return shipping and duties
  • Use tracked shipping method
  • Mark package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional duties
